Defective product

Mainstays - Defective product

March 13, 2023 I purchased two red

#62845**** Belden Park Cushion Steel chaise lounge chairs. I understand they have a two year warranty.

I used them June-September then put them into storage.

Yesterday I retrieved them from storage and the support mesh is rotten. They are unusable.

I would like them refunded or replaced.

Blender broken

Hello, I bought a Mainstays black single-serve blender with a travel lid, and I've had it for maybe two or three months. The part on the blender that spins is wearing off, and there are little black pieces all in the base of the blender. It won't blend anymore and since I've gotten it, it smells like it's smoking when I use it.

Problem with candles

I bought six candles from the Walmart in Carnegie, PA. I was having a baby shower for my friend, so all the candles were the same, and I believe it's called Pound cake.

When I tried to light a couple of the candles, I was having problems because the wick was too short and/or not there. I called the Walmart store and explained it to them; also, the lady I spoke to said that since I have already tried to light the candles, there was nothing they could do.

So, I'm hoping you can do something for me. Thank you, I would appreciate it.

The hotel was under capacity, and I was still denied access to check in because I'm local. It's also optional to decide who stays.

Not knowing my situation or whether I had a child present, we were still denied. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

My motion sensor garbage can stopped working. I need replacement sensors for it.

I've been a customer for a long time; this isn't the first time I've had a problem with one before. But, I didn't report the problem.

So, I explained what happened to my garbage can. He told me to report it to customer service, so I would like a replacement.

Air fryer rust problem

I received this air fryer from a friend and it's already rusty and gets significantly hotter than it's supposed to. I understand it's only $28, but this should not have occurred.

You do not provide a contact phone number. I've already contacted Walmart and they instructed me to reach out to you, but no one has emailed me back yet. Please, someone assist me as soon as possible.

This item was already recalled from other stores, yet you're still selling it in your stores. It's rusty, and there's no contact phone number provided.

Product is not good, the 2- tier garment rolling rack didn't come with instructions, it was very hard to put together, even with the video, me and my son got it up but the top fell apart, we couldn't

Exploded pot lid

Hello, my name is Abigail Covey. I recently purchased a cooking set from Walmart of the Mainstays brand.

I have used the pots for a couple of weeks now, but last night I went to use the smallest pot for the first time, and the glass lid exploded on my stove, shattering the lid and leaving glass everywhere.

I was stirring another pot on the stove when this happened, and glass went into my arm leaving marks and a bruise. I am hoping that someone can help me come up with a solution to this problem, since now I am out a bunch of money between needing new cooking equipment and all of the food had glass in it and was ruined.

Request for Replacement Lids for Round Insulated Stainless Steel Food Containers

I am writing to request replacement lids for two of your round insulated stainless steel food containers (28oz). The four black plastic parts that secure the lids have broken on both containers. I have previously purchased the rectangular version of these containers and encountered the same issue with the lids.

These containers are essential for my children's school lunches, and with the school year approaching, I urgently need functional lids to ensure they can be used.

Could you please arrange to send replacement lids for these two round food containers as soon as possible? Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I found lead on the bottom of a Mainstays 20 oz tumbler that I purchaced from my local Walmart. The lead was used in the manufacturing process of the cup to seal it, and was apparently covered by a small disk.

The disk must have come off after several months of use exposing the lead plug. I am disappointed in that you continue to use lead in the making of products that come in contact with food and drink.

My local Walmart store will not refund my money and directed me to contact. I hope that you will refund me what I paid for the cup plus a hazardous materials disposal fee so I can dispose of the cup in accordance with state laws and regulations.
