Called 2 different phone numbers. No one answered either one.

The first call, mailbox was full. The second one I was able to leave a message twice and Noone called me back.

The shoe closet cover ripped. I need a replacement but could not find a replacement cover. That's why I am writing to you now.

I wanted to use the warranty on my Mainstays mattress I purchased on Walmart.com. it is sagging in the center.

It is impossible to use the warranty. Walmart support gives you a different phone number every time, none of them will connect with Mainstays support which I assume does not exist.

Please sell only in sealed, clear packaging, so customers can see if something is missing or if it has been opened.

I got a 6-cube organizer. I didn't get any screws or anything.

It was just missing the pieces to put them together.

They sold me one with no pieces. I'm very angry.

The person I spoke to at mainstay was supposed to schedule a pickup for the defective sofa, but that never happened, Ive been waiting for two weeks for FedEx to pick up the sofa !!!

I have zero results, have been promised a resolution, yet, nothing has been done. Just talk.

This company should be ashamed of how it treats its customers. All talk and no assistance or resolution.

I tried to warm up food this morning and when I tried to get it out the door would not open at all. This is the first time this has happened.

Im aware of the child safety lock and that wasnt the issue. The light would come on inside and everything the door would just not open. My food is still in there as Im typing this. And the photo posted below, they have notified that they chose to skip over my complaint which is insane to me.

How do you get to choose who you help. Its literally about to be a week since it has stopped working the food is still inside..

Not helpful at all spoke with a computer not a live person then they tried to charge me to speak to a live agent...

The rotary switch broke, causing all the wires and metal brackets to come out. I just need to know where to put the wires so I can use my fan again.

We purchased a bunk bed in November, and the railing on the top bunk has separated from the frame, making it unsafe.

I purchased a Mainstays TV stand from Walmart on Friday, 10/18/2024. I assembled the product and reached the final steps of completion, only to realize that the back piece of the stand was not in the box.

I really want the stand and have called Walmart's customer service line numerous times, but haven't been able to get the situation resolved. Now, I have to try and find someone to help me take the assembled product back because it is so heavy and is missing a major part of the stand.

It will not work how much is a new life I have only had it about 3 months.I tried everything you listed and it still will not work I paid 30.00 for junk.could you please send me a lid it is the 13 gal one.I am a senior and I think you should have better things then this m thank you Barbara Richards I can not find my receipt but you can bet I will keep all that I buy from now on

I have ordered two pieces of furniture now and both were missing essential pieces. Our most recent purchase was a floor lamp with shelves, and we had some pieces missing to finish putting the shelves together. I just ask that we can get a new one with all the parts, or even just the missing parts.
