Bought Mainstays item in store, they cant return it past 90 days. Item has a manufacturer warranty of 1 year, but Mainstays has zero contact info that works.

Its a back and forth mess with zero outcome. For one of the biggest companies in the US, it has pathetic customer service.

NO POINT OF WARRANTY

I WAS NOT GIVEN AN OPTION TO REPLACE MY UNIT NOR WAS I REFUNDED THE TOTAL AMOUNT THAT I PAID FOR THE DEEP FRYER .I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PAYING FOR A WARRANTY BECAUSE ITS BASICALLY NOT HONORED !!!

After calling I was able to take the globe off. There was nothing in the instructions explaining it.

We have a mainstays ceiling fan w/light and need to clean inside the globe. Weve followed instructions online and the globe would not come off.

Wrong screws. Too big for the holes.

Some of the shelves did not go together. Kept trying to call customer service and got no answer. I called more than one number. And the same thing happened.

I couldn't even talk to a live agent on the phone. Never thought.

I would encounter something like this. MAINSTAY is very unprofessional

IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT I NEEDED. I HAD TO TALK THROUGH THE COMPUTER. IT WAS LIKE TALKING IN A TUNNEL.. THE ACCENT WAS VERY HEAVY. I REALLY HAD A HARD TIME TALKING TO HIM.. I DON'T THINK HE REALLY UNDERSTOOD. MY PROBLEM..
