Request for Replacement Lids for Round Insulated Stainless Steel Food Containers

Dear Mainstays Customer Service,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request replacement lids for two of your round insulated stainless steel food containers (28oz). The four black plastic parts that secure the lids have broken on both containers. I have previously purchased the rectangular version of these containers and encountered the same issue with the lids.

These containers are essential for my children's school lunches, and with the school year approaching, I urgently need functional lids to ensure they can be used.

Could you please arrange to send replacement lids for these two round food containers as soon as possible? Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Called due to recurring damaged product

Number provided by this site was not correct and it was only the Walmart customer service line. Luckily I found the number for this product in the installation manual.

Guess I shouldve liked there first. Once I got aid of them they were very helpful and unfortunately could not send me a replacement part as they were out Id stick and instructed me to return it for a refund.

Trying to get a refund on a product that has a 5 year warranty! Walmart gave me a phone number that is not affiliated with Mainstays of Walmart!!!

Horrible customer service didn't stand behind their product. My father gave us this cheap five-piece mainstays outdoor furniture set for Christmas we opened it and put it up two weekends ago at our cabin Father has since past away so we have no receipt and the table has a broken weld on it and they would not stand behind this product I will never buy a product from mainstay again
