My Mainstays Model MS-50-20 Motion Sensor Trash Can has this problem
My Mainstays Model MS-50-20 Motion Sensor Trash Can has this problem. Even with new batteries installed the lid only opens about 2 inches.
I did everything the users manual said to do but won't work. The Manual says if nothing works to contact Customer Service but no phone number?.
Anyone experienced this and why it doesn't open wide? Or do you know how to get help?

Why are you picture frames sized too small
Your 12x18 inch Format Frame Front Loading is 1/8th inch to small in both directions. I have seen this in other sizes too.

I am experiencing the same issue right now! Walmart is unhelpful and I'm wondering why the information isn't just available through a simple google search. Were you ever able to get it resolved?
Mainstays is a brand marketed by Walmart. That's why concerning any replacements it is better to contact Walmart customer service by phone at (800) 925-6278.
They don’t help worth a damn! They are Totally useless. I called there twice. First time, the rep gave me incorrect info and the second time, a different rep said he couldn’t even get information on the company.
I got hung up on the first time. The second time they wouldn't help and wanted me to dispute a charge from 8 months ago. I was like 'there is a 2 year warranty, that's what I want I don't want to return it'. There was definitely a language barrier. I asked multiple times how to contact about the warranty and was told to dispute the charges with the bank multiple times.
Following in case you figure something out. I am having the same issue with a Mainstays trash can that "supposedly" has a 2 year warranty but have gotten the same response from Walmart.
