I call 800 number for Walmart and gentlemen I spoke told me that being I purchased dishes4 years ago. And they get extremely hot and have to use a pot holder to take out of microwave.
Told they'd make and exception and return them. Said he talked to austintown Walmart and gave me this number. He gave me this #260116-****26.

I would like to know how your workers can be so oblivious and so stupid at their job that they would forget to correctly piece together a lamp and then ship it to a Walmart store for the public to buy, only to come home and realize that all the pieces aren't there because your workers are careless and incompetent. I request drug screenings for all of your employees. When customers can't even buy products and ensure that all the pieces and components are properly assembled, that's a major issue.

Verified Reviewer |Slow close Toilet seat failed
We bought this seat in May 2025 from Walmart, and from the time I bought it, it was failing. It moves, and the foot of the seat slides off the porcelain toilet, and it has been annoying ever since I installed.
The one hinge was clearly crooked, but I didn't want to waste the $25, so I continued to use it, but over time, that slippage has caused the hydraulic fluid that allows for the slow close feature to start leaking out. I have pictures, but it doesn't look like I can post them here... Toilet seats with slow close feature should not fail immediately.
I meant to contact sooner, but did not know how to contact mainstays. $25 is a lot for a toilet seat, and for it to immediately fail is bad.
Wanted to reach out because this particular issue has been driving me crazy ever since I installed it.

I want to return fan which is faulty
I bought a fan from Walmart. I did not open the box for 5 months as I was out of the country.
When I fixed it, it was working well. After a few days, the road-holding fan was slipping down; we had to adjust it all the time. Then, after a few days, the fan fell down and was broken. It was very risky to keep it open, so we packed it and went to return it to Walmart.
They told us to contact Mainstray. I was not knowing how to contact you; finally, I found a website and I contacted you.
Can you please return this item and refund me? Thanks.

Verified ReviewerI called 4 times and it wouldn't go through then. I did the chat and they're trying to charge me $5 for a tech to tell me why I can't open my microwave, why it won't start or unlock.
I opened this microwave mid-June last night. It wouldn't open or start.
There is a chicken pot pie stuck in there. Walmart said it's been more than 3 months, so they wouldn't do anything. They told me to call Main Stay. I called 4 times; it wouldn't connect.
I got disconnected and didn't get to talk to a person. I tried the chat, and they wanted $5 for me to talk to a tech.

I bought standing fan from Walmart.
I did not open the box till t month as I went out of country.
It was working well for few days and than road holding fan was sling down every time we were adjusting it.
Than it started falling down it was risky for my children finally the base of the fan broke and it fell down.i packed the all the item in box I went to return Walmart and they refused they as me to contact you.

Purchased a comforter set for a completed guest room. It has been over a month since the set was opened and used.
I noticed that there is a defect in the design, and it's very noticeable because it's in the center of the comforter. If it were a sheet, it would be different, but you can see this misprint.

Replace the many candles I have purchased, which have failed to burn correctly. It has happened with at least five of my purchases.

Hello, I bought your air fryer from Walmart on May 7th, 2025 and the rack is rusting and peeling. I am trying to figure out what you guys can do to help with that.
I have used it maybe 10-15 times in the last 3 months and put it in the dishwasher once but didn't think it got clean enough so cleaned it by hand after that.

Purchased a Mainstay mini blender and paid 21.00 for it. I opened the box to use it, and pieces were broken in the box, and the blender was damaged.
I was never able to use it. I reached out to Mainstay customer service via email and also attached pictures of the damaged item but never got a response back.
I'm very angry because this was a waste of money. The product says 1-year warranty on the box, but Mainstay has never responded!
