Defective Microwave

Purchased a brand new microwave for college dorm. The microwave makes a horrible noise like it is going to explode.

I bought a desk from Walmart (model# H20-0***-*) and found missing parts along with a damaged piece. Per the instruction book, I emailed them, as it states most parts ship in two to three business days.

However, I was told that it takes 3-6 weeks for the parts to be shipped.

It has been 5 weeks and there has been nothing - no packages or emails. When I reach out, I'm told there are no shipping updates showing.

The lids to your Mason jars are defective! And it's not just me it's happened to!

I lost a lot of food I was canning and preserving due to the lids not sealing properly or not sealing at all! I used the half pint and full pint jars, so it's not an oops.

This has to be fixed, or stop selling them! You're preventing people from making their own food!

We bought a dresser, the Mainstays Hillside Four Drawer Dresser, but it's black. I drilled where it told me to on the instructions, and the wood completely chipped off.

It's in bad shape, and I have photos I can send.

We paid $139 for this piece of junk that doesn't even stay up. Is there any way I can get another 3 drawer unit sent to me, or my money back?

I got this air fryer from a friend and its already rusty and gets extremely hotter than it's supposed to . I know it's only $28 but still should not have done this.

You don't have a phone number to contact. I've already called Walmart and they told me to call you and nobody has emailed me back at all. Please someone help me out ASAP.

This was recalled already at other stores and your still selling it in stores. Rusty Rust and No Phone Number!!

I tried to warm up food this morning and when I tried to get it out the door would not open at all. This is the first time this has happened.

Im aware of the child safety lock and that wasnt the issue. The light would come on inside and everything the door would just not open. My food is still in there as Im typing this. And the photo posted below, they have notified that they chose to skip over my complaint which is insane to me.

How do you get to choose who you help. Its literally about to be a week since it has stopped working the food is still inside..

Yes, I have plenty of pictures of your so-called microwavable containers. My son put his food in for less than a minute.

It melted from the bottom, burning his hand badly. These are not, by any means, safe for the microwave or a child.

My son is 12 and this still happened. However, I am going to consult a lawyer as well.

Too many consumers are ignorant, oblivious, dont care to exert any effort, or are just plain stupid when it comes to using common sense when it comes to using & maintaining simple household items.

I'm just guessing, but the Mainstays FQ MODEL: MS-50-22 is sold under many other brand names. Some Asian inventor, engineer or cool dude dedigned the 13.5.gal sensor lid kitchen trash can.

I bought mine at Walmart as a "Mainstays" productI paying about $65 over 3 years ago. I keep it clean, don't overstuffed it, don't allow anyone (kids, mist likely) to pull lid up or force it down. Don't sit on it, place items on top of it, or allow it to become so dirty that the simple components that comprise this simple, but fantastic appliance, become unable to function properly. No doubt, if you no longer enjoy the convenience of having the lid magically open when both of your hands are full would be a good time to commit to exerting the minimal time it takes to maintainthis wonderful appliance!

It erks me beyond words to read multitudes of comments about "what a bad product it is..." or "The manufacturer is lacking in common sense..." or "customer service wont help at all!" In reality, I believe that this product, especially, (along with countless others) are put into their non-working status by operator error, laziness, lack of common sense, or just by consume stupidity.

I'm about to knock on wood because I've never had a single problem with mine at all! In otherwords, people, YOU, yes, you, take care of it and stop blaming others (brand, manufacturer, customer service agent, etc.) when your appliances fail due to your neglect, improper care, or simply from your laziness.

You need to work on your English before calling anyone STUPID. Clearly you are no smarter than a first grader.

You should have used a comma before engineer or cool dude. It is spelled DESIGNED, not DEDIGNED You should have said DON"T OVERSTUFF it, not DON"T OVERSTUFFED IT. The word don't needs an apostrophe. It is spelled PRODUCT, not PRODUCTI.

You should have used MOST not MIST. You should have said just by CONSUMING STUPIDITY, not JUST BY CONSUME STUPIDITY.

Other words is TWO words not ONE word. The only STUPID one here is you, because you are an adult that has not passed grade one English.

I was tired and audio texting for some of it ans sometimes auto-correct plays stupid tricks. I should have proof-read.

But I was too tired. The purpose of my post was to "hear" the content of what I was saying, not to critique the grammar. I wasn't aware that my fast typing on a cell phone keyboard was to be "graded" by someone who wasnt interested in what I was actually trying to say. I'm a very kind person.

Uh, no.... he simply focused on typographical errors which are mechanical, NOT a measure of someone's intelligence....

and yes.... he did EXACTLY that. Also, I was posting to consumers in general and not selecting someone to try and belittle. It wasn't a "rant" by any means.

HE was the one who was putting ME "intellectually" down by claiming that my typos were a sign of my stupidity and my inability to use English any better than a first grader.... your comment was pointless. Main thing is that I'm not a mean person. I didn't attack him personally by my post, but he certainly was rubbing my education into the dirt over typos!

I purchased a microwave on November 16, 2023. It isn't even a year old and it stopped working.

The lights are on, but it won't let you press buttons. I called the help center, but because it's past 90 days, they will not replace it. I understand the policy, but the device isn't a year old and should have a much longer life expectancy than 8 months. I would like to see if this issue can be forwarded to management to be resolved.
