Good evening. I purchased a Mainstays Coffee pod maker (Mainstays Single Serve Dual Brew Coffee, Black, Model 202140) only for it to break 6 months later.
When filing a claim, I was instructed to contact the manufacturer. The numbers listed on their website claim they have no affiliation with a website, leaving me to search on Google to find their actual number, making it almost not worth the hassle.
I want my money back! As a dedicated consumer, I am infuriated at this.

Purchased a 0.07 Countertop Microwave at my Local Walmart. 9 months later it stops heating.
It has a 1 year warranty but no store nor customer service has any idea on how it's granted nor any number, email or contact of Manufacturer. After Walmart played hot potato with me I searched this brand countless hours and although almost nobody sells it anymore (I wonder why) I was able to download the manual and paperwork we all throw away from inside the box and found this info:
"If service is required during the warranty period, properly pack your unit. We recommend using the original carton and packing materials. Return the product to your nearest Wal-Mart store with the sales receipt.
A replacement or refund may be offered at the discretion of Wal-Mart. If additional assistance is needed, please contact customer assistance at: 1-86*-***-****"
I called and with my TC# they were able to locate my in store purchase and create a report on my store.
They provided me with a case # Supposedly my Walmart store manager will contact me within 5 business days with a resolution. If not I was asked to call the above # again and provide my case # so they can offer additional help.

I bought a converter set with sheets and pillow cases, but the pillow cases were missing. They were just not there.
I'm looking for a way to get replacements. I understand these things happen, but I'm not happy with not getting part of what I paid for. I was looking forward to having a set.
I was expecting everything to be there and it was not. I got the two sheets, two shams and the converter, but no standard pillow cases.

Bad experience
The electric simmer pot burst at the bottom and the top part has come off. I'm unable to use it because of safety issues that could cause a fire.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I purchased this from Walmart a month ago. However, it's not working now even though I have a one-year warranty.
I called the Walmart store, and they said it's been over a month and I should reach out to the main company. I called the number in the manual, but they said I should talk to the store from which I bought it. Sadly, I lost my purchase receipt.
However, the Walmart website says it's not necessary. So, where should I go?

Absolutely impossible to reach customer service to have them honor the warranty. I bought the extended warranty however the coffee maker quit working in the first 4 months and they referred me to the manufacture
Naturally you cant find the phone number or correct website to file a claim. It has taken me MONTHS to get here and no surprise the phone number doesnt work, it directs me to Walmart.

Since we are a 501 C(3) organization we work off allot of donations and grants to provide services to our disabled veteran population.

You guys can and should do better with your customer service response. I received a Mainstay Ardent 5 drawer dresser, one of the drawer support bar is missing, I am now stuck trying to put this dresser together .
How can I get the missing part before the entire dresser fall apart ? Speaking with someone would be so much better.

Screw in cord
I brought a mini ceramic heater and I went to plug it up and I said its not working so I tried to know the outlet said its still not working. Its like Im gonna take it back to Walmart.
Then as I was wrapping the cord up, I scratched my hand. I said heck this is a screw in the electric cord.
Broken product
We got it in the mail missing parts and broke somebody forced pins places they werent supposed to go and broke the boards

I bought a blender from of Mainstay with one year limited warranty. Few days before it went bad, not working.
I called walmart they say after one month, they are not going to change it and I should call the company. I called the number written on the manual, they said I should contact the walmart.
Then where to go. Unfortunately I lost my receipt of purchase.
But all other things are same as before, box,manual, drinking cup all are ok. Now where to go?

Bought a cube shelving started to put it all together when I was half way done I didn't have what I needed to complete the shelving...never got to speak with anyone directly...I had to email them wait a day for them to review my complaint then another day to get a response that my hardware will be sent the next day & should be here in 3-5 days...still no parts & no other communication with them...
