I WAS NOT GIVEN AN OPTION TO REPLACE MY UNIT NOR WAS I REFUNDED THE TOTAL AMOUNT THAT I PAID FOR THE DEEP FRYER .I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PAYING FOR A WARRANTY BECAUSE ITS BASICALLY NOT HONORED !!!

I bought a fan from Walmart. I did not open the box for 5 months as I was out of the country.
When I fixed it, it was working well. After a few days, the road-holding fan was slipping down; we had to adjust it all the time. Then, after a few days, the fan fell down and was broken. It was very risky to keep it open, so we packed it and went to return it to Walmart.
They told us to contact Mainstray. I was not knowing how to contact you; finally, I found a website and I contacted you.
Can you please return this item and refund me? Thanks.

Verified ReviewerI called 4 times and it wouldn't go through then. I did the chat and they're trying to charge me $5 for a tech to tell me why I can't open my microwave, why it won't start or unlock.
I opened this microwave mid-June last night. It wouldn't open or start.
There is a chicken pot pie stuck in there. Walmart said it's been more than 3 months, so they wouldn't do anything. They told me to call Main Stay. I called 4 times; it wouldn't connect.
I got disconnected and didn't get to talk to a person. I tried the chat, and they wanted $5 for me to talk to a tech.

I bought standing fan from Walmart.
I did not open the box till t month as I went out of country.
It was working well for few days and than road holding fan was sling down every time we were adjusting it.
Than it started falling down it was risky for my children finally the base of the fan broke and it fell down.i packed the all the item in box I went to return Walmart and they refused they as me to contact you.
I was not knowing how to contact you finally I found your website and I contacted you.

Purchased a comforter set for a completed guest room. It has been over a month since the set was opened and used.
I noticed that there is a defect in the design, and it's very noticeable because it's in the center of the comforter. If it were a sheet, it would be different, but you can see this misprint.

Just purchased a double burner a week ago, and the burners are burnt out already. I have purchased this item a couple of times and never had this problem.
It would be right if the company would replace it. It's hard times in America, and wasting money isn't a pass...

Hello, I bought your air fryer from Walmart on May 7th, 2025 and the rack is rusting and peeling. I am trying to figure out what you guys can do to help with that.
I have used it maybe 10-15 times in the last 3 months and put it in the dishwasher once but didn't think it got clean enough so cleaned it by hand after that.

Preferred solution: I replacement if I just got a faulty one, or a refund if it is just a common problem.
User's recommendation: I generally like this brand, but having issues with my new air fryer currently. We will see how they fix the issue...

Purchased a Mainstay mini blender and paid 21.00 for it. I opened the box to use it, and pieces were broken in the box, and the blender was damaged.
I was never able to use it. I reached out to Mainstay customer service via email and also attached pictures of the damaged item but never got a response back.
I'm very angry because this was a waste of money. The product says 1-year warranty on the box, but Mainstay has never responded!

New Smartrack stickers
The stickers were almost impossible to get off the glasses I purchased without damaging my product. They were in the inside?
I called and spoke to the gentleman for mainstay and explained the problem.
He said he appreciated the feedback; he was probably one of the most polite customer representatives Ive spoken to about a problem. And we had a great dialogue..

I never heard anything back from Mainstay. I reached out via email and through phone.
No responses at all I have an item I can't use has been broken since I purchased it. I'm so disappointed!!!

Took the jars out and were washing them real good and soapy water and I thought it was just a bug or something that got in the jar but its implanted in the glass gross! I dont know what it is and obviously I cant use it.
Nervous to buy other jars on a budget. Thats why I can.

I got a mainstays candle it has exploded for no reason i was gently blowing out the flames when the wax exploded almost burned me and got all over a new shirt i was wearing i am not happy with this

Hello
I bought a faucet from Walmart, and it was supplied with an oversized gasket that seals the neck and the base of the faucet. So, every time you turn the faucet to the other sink, a little black loop follows.
It is a Mainstays Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet in chrome. I would say I am out of any 30/90 warranty there may be; I got it in August and never addressed the issue.
If you can provide me with the size of the gasket, I could replace it myself.
