This is my second time buying this trashcan, no touch trashcan does not work to the hand movement anymore. It won't lift, and I have changed the batteries over and over again.

Trying to get ahold of anyone is impossible
Your customer service is a joke and non existent. You shouldnt even be in business.
Every number to get ahold of anyone goes back to Walmart customer service and those guys are clueless about everything.
Whats the point of have to offer a phone number if it doesnt even work. I cant say enough how disappointed I am in this company and it service and I for one will tell everybody how worthless the product is and the resolution of anything for this company is Im a loyal customer when I get treated great with customer service and have some sort of resolution from somebody who knows whats going on but Walmart and Main stay are both Not even worth my time let alone writing something for this survey, which will do absolutely nothing to change anything with both of these useless companies

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I purchased this from Walmart a month ago. However, it's not working now even though I have a one-year warranty.
I called the Walmart store, and they said it's been over a month and I should reach out to the main company. I called the number in the manual, but they said I should talk to the store from which I bought it. Sadly, I lost my purchase receipt.
However, the Walmart website says it's not necessary. So, where should I go?

Absolutely impossible to reach customer service to have them honor the warranty. I bought the extended warranty however the coffee maker quit working in the first 4 months and they referred me to the manufacture
Naturally you cant find the phone number or correct website to file a claim. It has taken me MONTHS to get here and no surprise the phone number doesnt work, it directs me to Walmart.

My Name is Matthew Dumas a Case Manager at the Warrior Bridge foundation. Here at the Warrior Bridge foundation we assist disabled veterans with employment services and barrier removal.
One of those barriers we assist with is a home starter kit. We donate them approximately 550.00 dollars worth of household items and many of those items we purchase Mainstay products to give them. Since we are a 501 C(3) organization we work off allot of donations and grants to provide services to our disabled veteran population.

Hi
I bought a blender from of Mainstay with one year limited warranty. Few days before it went bad, not working.
I called walmart they say after one month, they are not going to change it and I should call the company. I called the number written on the manual, they said I should contact the walmart.
Then where to go. Unfortunately I lost my receipt of purchase.
But all other things are same as before, box,manual, drinking cup all are ok. Now where to go?

Bought a cube shelving started to put it all together when I was half way done I didn't have what I needed to complete the shelving...never got to speak with anyone directly...I had to email them wait a day for them to review my complaint then another day to get a response that my hardware will be sent the next day & should be here in 3-5 days...still no parts & no other communication with them...

I bought a desk from Walmart (model# H20-0***-*) and found missing parts along with a damaged piece. Per the instruction book, I emailed them, as it states most parts ship in two to three business days.
However, I was told that it takes 3-6 weeks for the parts to be shipped.
It has been 5 weeks and there has been nothing - no packages or emails. When I reach out, I'm told there are no shipping updates showing.

The lids to your Mason jars are defective! And it's not just me it's happened to!
I lost a lot of food I was canning and preserving due to the lids not sealing properly or not sealing at all! I used the half pint and full pint jars, so it's not an oops.
This has to be fixed, or stop selling them! You're preventing people from making their own food!

Hello,
I purchased a Mainstays Ardent 4-drawer dresser, earlier this year and the dresser has fallen apart. I want to activate the free 1-year warranty for a refund or replacement.
The item was ordered online and the order number is 200011*-***81200. I have been attempting to make contact with the proper dept for a few weeks and have been given the run-around by walmart.com representatives. I even spoke with a walmart.com supervisor, who gave me contact info for All State and one gave me info for Proposition 65 - huh...
both were not accurate. This is very frustrating, as I am a long-standing customer.

We bought a dresser, the Mainstays Hillside Four Drawer Dresser, but it's black. I drilled where it told me to on the instructions, and the wood completely chipped off.
It's in bad shape, and I have photos I can send.
We paid $139 for this piece of junk that doesn't even stay up. Is there any way I can get another 3 drawer unit sent to me, or my money back?

It's definitely getting around.
I got this air fryer from a friend and its already rusty and gets extremely hotter than it's supposed to . I know it's only $28 but still should not have done this.
You don't have a phone number to contact. I've already called Walmart and they told me to call you and nobody has emailed me back at all. Please someone help me out ASAP.
This was recalled already at other stores and your still selling it in stores. Rusty Rust and No Phone Number!!

I had to do multiple things over 6 different things to resolve the issue. Multiple calls and store visits that should have been handled with my first visit to the store.
This is a bad thing, and I am reluctant to shop with Walmart for anything.
One of the store manager was very kind and understanding of the issue and made it right. This should never happen to a consumer who has been in need of rectification.
User's recommendation: Make sure to speak with a manager with issues if an associate doesn't get the best solution to your issues.
