Ordered a Round Memory Foam Toilet seat. The first one had all kinds of Wrinkles in the material.

I returned the item for a replacement. The replacement was Worse with holes in the material. Disgusting.

I tried to call customer service- they claim to send a verification code and 17 minutes later- NO CODE. SO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm looking for replacement brackets for my six-tier over-the-door organizer.

Please advise.

Invoke the warranty and either refund or replace the faulty microwave. Stop playing phone tag games.

I bought a mainstay black 4 liter deep fryer and it almost caught fire and was smoking can someone please reach out to asap to discuss this.

I bought three utensils that I needed. Everything that's hooked up is hidden by cardboard, but they were the three kitchen items I needed.

I got home and had to get all those plastic ties off, which I did. Then I got the three utensils I needed, and they're hooked together with a keychain. Like, what the f?

I don't need a keychain on these. This is the worst mainstay product I ever bought!

I own a Mainstays Classic 6 Drawer Dresser, Walnut, and one of the plastic drawer connector/locking clips on the side of a drawer has broken. Ive been unable to find this replacement part online.

Would you be able to provide the replacement part or let me know where I can purchase it? I can also provide photos of the broken part and proof of purchase if needed.

My name is Kim Riley and I purchased a Mainstays 2-tier Tripod Drying Rack (DRYW06866). My husband has Alzheimer's and I use the rack in his room to put his clothes (I have to put things out in the open so he can find them).

However, the bottom of the drying rack broke. I am not sure if he knocked it over; he just came to me and said that it wouldn't stand up. Is it possible for me to buy the broken piece (it has 'A' in my owner's manual)?

I don't feel it is fair to return it to the store since it wasn't broken when I bought it.

I appreciate any help you can give me.

I was hung up on for one. For two, the screws didn't come with the table I bought.

This is ridiculous. I get that sometimes the factory forgets, but I can't put my table together without the screws.

This comforter set that was bought for me during my healing of receiving a kidney is the worst. The sheets for my king don't fit; it's too big.

Even using my sheet straps, they still slide, move, and come off. The only good, and I mean the only good part to this set is the pillow covers. Everything about the sheets and comforter is terrible, terrible. I wish I had the receipt; the store would take it back ASAP.

That's how bad it is. I feel you, the company that makes it, should send me a new one for my inconvenience during my healing process.

Once I plugged it in, the wire burnt. There was no problem with the outlet at all. I was using it to clean my floor.

Bought two of the 4 pack of the storage containers with the greenish blue lid and they don't stay on. Very disappointed usually mainstay is really good

Hand towels and washcloths are terrible; after a few washes, they become discolored and fall apart.

I called to have a missing piece to my bookshelf sent, been over a week no piece and cant get anyone to answer through the number in the Manuel.

The ai chat agent couldnt solve my problem and just had me blabbing about nothing. Asked for a person when got tired of monotone responses and just pretty much summed up the best help i was going to get was through the ai chat. Felt frustrated this is the only way to go because i do want to get my order fixed but feels like its not achievable due to ai's limited functionality of getting me a person!
