I bought a mainstay blender, product number MS650********AB. It does not work.

I called, but the person on the phone spoke very broken English. I could not understand them. The blade unit will not move downward enough to engage the tabs needed to turn on the motor. I am going on a trip and tried testing it.

I threw the box away, so how do I get compensation for this? I don't have the receipt any longer.

I was looking for a replacement baking tray for my toaster oven. They were no help at all.

They put me through a chat and then wanted to charge me $5.00 to continue. I was very disappointed.

Rocking chair had missing parts, Mainstays doesn't want to stand behind the product. They won't replace parts.

Wal-Mart had the chair on clearance, no returns, no refunds, all sales final. Now Mainstays will not stand behind the product.

I bought this pan at Walmart and it started to warp and it does stick. I dont have the receipt but think I should either get a new pan please..

I am not complaining because things like this happen.

Everything has a flaw one way or another. Just letting Mainstay know their pan must of been in one of the flaw batches.

The Albany patio table from the set shattered out of nowhere. My family was all inside and the glass exploded! I just recently purchased this table in April for Easter.

We had bought our microwave at Walmart, and when we got it home, we thought it would be much taller on the inside, and the volume on it is way too low, and there is no way or nowhere on our microwave to adjust for the volume on it. Plus, the pictures on the box are too deceiving compared to what is in the box.

I purchased 2 of these Mainstays Nonstick 7.6" x 7.6" x 1.8" Square Cake Pan, Brownie Pan, Dark Gray. After a few months of usage, the non-stick coating is starting to peel off each pan.

The return/replacement warranty has expired. I need my pans replaced by Mainstays.

Bought a cutting board this morning got it home I've been spending 3 hours trying to get the stupid glue off of the board! Why do they put glue on here with just little tabs?

I had to get a razor blade and that still didn't take it off! This company's products and whoever puts the stuff together knows that they're going to give a person a hard time so that's the last time that I ever buy anything from this company!

The area rug I purchased instore is falling apart. Walmart told me to call Mainstay about the issue. No option to try and resolve the problem.

I purchased the 3" mattress pad topper and within days it is majorly discolored and this didn't happen with the last one i purchased from the same company
