She couldnt spell my name for my email address which is different than the name I have registered with Walmart and that was frustrating for her. I was annoyed.

I purchased a heating blanket in January 2024 and one night, it just stopped working. It's only been 4 months and I take very good care of it.

I only use it once in a blue moon when at my boyfriend's house. There's no reason it should stop working.

The red light does not come on anymore and it does not heat up. I do have the receipt from the day of purchase.

I have two 9-inch square Mainstay fans. Each time I turn them on, the motor is so extremely loud that I have to pick the fans up (it's an issue with both) and slam them back down on a hard surface to get the motor to quieten down.

I absolutely wish I could return them, but I no longer have the boxes.

They were purchased at different times and are different colors. I bought the second one because I was sick of having to hit the other, and now the second one does the same.

Bought a Mainstay Tuscany patio set July 3, 2021 from Walmart Online. I was cleaning it the other day and I noticed that on one of the chairs the frame has rusted in come apart and on the loveseat that came with the frame is rusting, and there is *** in it. The manufactures warranty on the frame is for three years.

I bought a three pack of Mainstay skillets. All of them are warped except one.

I bought them, opened them, washed them, and put them aside. Only one is good - the one at the center.

I don't have a receipt and can't return them. I think you guys need a better way to check them before they leave the factory.

The sensor garbage can stopped working after two months. I changed the batteries and cleaned it, but it still does not work!

I just purchased the Mainstays Compact Microwave Oven.

Got it home, plugged it in, and it goes through the motion, but the turntable doesn't spin and it doesn't heat up. Went on line to chat in order to see what the problem was and was offered to pay a dollar to speak with a representative to find out what the problem is.

I purchased the mainstays 10x12 gazebo and need a mosquito netting replacement with the grey lining. Do you have the replacement netting for purchase?

I bought a Mainstays Single Nozzle Bidet Attachment Self Cleaning Daisy White Non-Electric Thin Modern Design and the box was missing one part. The T-Valve is missing and I was unable to find one in my local plumbing or hardware stores.

Is it possible to send me this missing part? Part E in the photo.

These bucket candles are not worth 5.00. The wicks are too thin and can't hold up to the slightest breeze. The only way they could ward off any bugs is by swinging at them!
